FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data) has an Android app! All of their data series are available, with the ability to create customized charts. Ya know, just in case you’re lost in some field somewhere and need to know how core CPI compared to the unemployment rate in July of 2003.
I wasn’t able to figure out how to combine multiple series on the same chart, or do anything like indexing. Exporting your charts as images was difficult too. But its still a neat app for huge nerds like myself. I meant to post this the other day, but forgot to. As an example, this post was written entirely on my phone, charts and all.
Search for “FRED economic data” in the Android app store, and nerd out on some sweet charts.
